• We provide decoration services along with decoration products at your place. 
• The decoration will be Similar to the picture.
• Customers can include or exclude some party product/items according to their wish.
• In order to create the same experience as helium balloons, we fix air balloons to your ceiling with removable cello tape (normally no damage to the ceiling, but please remove it within 24 hours).

Delivery Information

• Our balloon expert will come to your selected place with your selected time slot and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
• We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
• In case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• we work seven days a week.
• You need to make sure that the decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case.

Care Instructions

• Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.

Please Note:

• The client needs to provide pieces of equipment for decoration like a ladder, stools etc. depending upon location.
• A continuous power supply is mandatory for the decorations to be completed on time.
• You need to make sure sufficient set-up time is available.
• You must ensure that all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorizations are in place to arrange the decoration.
• Cleaning the area before and after decoration is not included in the package. 
• Early morning and after 9 pm shifts will be applied late fees (RS 300) 
• The decorator will not be waiting for more than 30 minutes at the location from the time slot chosen.
